WeBuyCars is hiring a Used Vehicle Sales Assistant to join our new branch in Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha. This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain experience in vehicle sales, working alongside experienced Sales Executives in the fast-paced automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage actively with prospective customers, building rapport and offering top-tier customer service.
• Assist Sales Executives with daily tasks, including vehicle preparation and paperwork.
• Stay well-informed about available stock and vehicle features.
• Accompany clients on test drives, showcasing vehicle features and answering any questions.
• Understand pricing structures and potential add-ons to present value-driven offers to customers.

Required Skills:

• Ability to establish a strong rapport with customers.
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Grade 12 certificate (Matric) required.
• Proven track record with contactable references.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
