Job Overview:

WeBuyCars is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager at their Dome branch in Randburg, Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, ensuring targets are met, overseeing stock levels, and managing dealer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales teams.
• Set individual and team sales targets.
• Motivate sales executives to achieve goals.
• Handle sales administration and resolve complaints.
• Manage dealer relationships, registrations, and branch leads.
• Oversee stock levels, aging stock, and price card audits.
• Ensure proper management of reserved vehicles.
• Assist staff with HR-related queries and ensure team management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum: Grade 12.
• Experience: 3 – 5 years in a similar role.
• Management: At least 2 years of management experience in the motor industry.
• A relevant management qualification and an EC license would be beneficial.
