Role Overview:

ANEW Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dynamic Front Office Manager in Hluhluwe, KwaZulu-Natal. The candidate will create a positive first impression, exceed customer expectations, and ensure efficient front office operations. The role also involves contributing to the hotel’s mission and success through exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures in all front office operations.
  • Maximize occupancy rates and ensure the highest possible room rates for profitability.
  • Maintain effective systems for managing payments, deposits, rate variances, and cash-ups.
  • Ensure all guest charges are accurately and promptly posted to their accounts.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant.
  • Hospitality Management qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Extensive knowledge of Opera Cloud system.
  • Ability to remain positive and focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
