Role Overview:
The Temporary Admin Assistant will manage internal administration tasks within VKB Grain, focusing on maintaining high standards of administration, managing bank and fuel reconciliations, and supporting grain transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer internal processes and maintain high standards of administration.
- Manage and control bank and fuel reconciliations.
- Handle transactions related to receiving and dispatching grain, and weigh bridge functions.
- Provide client service and perform other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Grade 12 or NQF Level 4.
- Experience in the agricultural grain industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Thorough, precise, and accurate in work.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
