Role Overview:

The General Worker will perform various tasks to assist with the daily operations at VKB Retail. The role primarily involves manual labor, maintaining cleanliness, stock control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and offload stock.
• Keep the premises clean and tidy.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Assist customers and suppliers with loading and offloading of stock.
• Maintain stock control and ensure the store is well organized.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Grade 12 or NQF Level 4.
• Ability to perform hard manual labor.
• Good health and physically fit.
• Experience in stock control and general housekeeping is advantageous.
• Service-oriented and able to provide excellent customer service.
