• Educational Qualification: Must hold an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized South African university.
• Medical Fitness: Must be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk-based medical examination at the Sibanye-Stillwater Occupational Health Care Centre.
• Clear Security Screening: Applicants must have clear security screening results.
• Selection Process: The selection process includes pre-screening, psychometric evaluation, interviews, and assessments.
• South African Citizens Only: Only degree holders from recognized South African universities are eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Programme Objectives:
   • Fully understand and adhere to programme objectives and associated tasks.
   • Complete all phases of the developmental programme within the specified timeframe.
   • Escalate queries and concerns about the programme as needed.
2. Discipline-Specific Duties:
   • Follow all company policies, standards, and procedures.
   • Safely perform assigned tasks and assist in implementing initiatives.
   • Capture and report necessary information.
3. Reporting:
   • Compile progress reports and discuss them with supervisors or development stakeholders.
   • Report any inconsistencies, obstacles, and offer recommendations.
4. Stakeholder Relations:
   • Build strong relationships with stakeholders within the business and community.
   • Engage stakeholders to gain necessary context and support the promotion of a positive work environment.
