Key Responsibilities:

• Invoicing and Billing: Handle the daily compilation of delivery notes, and ensure accurate invoicing using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to maintain financial integrity.
• Stock Management: Manage stock reconciliation, monitor inventory, and ensure accurate reporting of inbound, outbound, and on-hand stock.
• Purchasing & Supplier Coordination: Handle all purchasing administration, source suppliers, and ensure proper documentation for all procurement processes.
• Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and report preparation using Microsoft Office.
• Customer Service & Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Administration Certificate/Diploma or related qualification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• 3-5 years of experience in office administration within a mining or supply chain environment
• Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
• Code 08/Code B driver’s license (advantageous)

• Experience with supply chain logistics and inventory management
• Ability to manage invoices and purchase orders efficiently
