Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company values within the community. This role involves managing customer interactions, handling complaints, and ensuring adherence to store standards and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric.
  • 12-18 months of face-to-face customer service experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Competencies:

  • Self-driven with high energy levels.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
  • High attention to detail and ability to think on your feet when resolving problems.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a sense of urgency.
  • Professional demeanor with analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of handling customer complaints via different mediums.
  • Understanding of SOPs related to public liability and food safety procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Customer Service Manager role and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and manage the customer complaints chart.
  • Conduct informal and formal feedback sessions regarding customer service performance.
  • Perform store audits and ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Engage in social responsibility activities, including informal and formal feedback through local newspapers.
  • Manage administrative tasks and participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Maintain communication with customers and team members, providing training when necessary.
  • Implement project plans related to customer service and community engagement.
