Job Description:
Join the Hollywoodbets Purple Team as a Sales Agent (Field) in Saldanha/Vredenburg, Western Cape. This role is responsible for assisting clients with betting and account queries, reaching sales targets, and growing the mobile customer base. Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:
   • Assist clients with account and betting queries.
   • Provide frontline support to key account holders and ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Sales and Marketing:
   • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for mobile products and TUV (top-up vouchers).
   • Demonstrate and explain mobile products, usage methods, and services to persuade customers.
   • Promote the mobile brand and set up displays at outlets to attract new and existing customers.
   • Drive mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales at the branch.
3. Account Management:
   • Register new customer accounts and ensure compliance with FICA requirements (clear ID and proof of address).
   • Ensure new customers use their free voucher and demonstrate how to bet on the mobile application.
   • Maintain neat and tidy work areas to promote a positive image.
4. Cash Management and Compliance:
   • Conduct cash-ups in line with procedures, ensuring no shortages and reporting any discrepancies.
   • Print vouchers for verification of clock-in times and submit them for manager approval.
   • Manage and maintain mobile equipment and inventory securely.
5. Operational Flexibility:
   • Be willing to move between branches and stores as needed to meet operational demands.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent listening and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
• Good understanding of mobile and internet betting, including betting procedures and TUV distribution.
• Strong knowledge of systems and sales processes.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of sales experience is advantageous.
