Job Description:
Join the Hollywoodbets Purple Team, a key player in the Gambling and Casinos industry in South Africa, as a Sales Agent (Field) in George, Western Cape. You will be responsible for assisting clients with account and betting queries, achieving sales targets, and expanding our mobile customer base. This position requires a proactive approach to reaching daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, with a focus on frontline customer support and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:
   • Assist clients with account and betting queries.
   • Provide frontline assistance to key account holders, ensuring a high level of customer service.
2. Sales and Marketing:
   • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets and increase the mobile customer base.
   • Drive sales through effective demonstrations, explanations of mobile products, and conducting user-specific training.
   • Promote the mobile brand by setting up and arranging displays at outlets to attract new and existing customers.
   • Conduct mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales at the branch.
3. Account Management:
   • Register new customer accounts and ensure FICA compliance (submit clear ID and proof of address).
   • Show new customers how to use their free voucher and bet on the mobile application.
4. Cash Management and Compliance:
   • Perform cash-ups according to company procedures, ensuring no shortages, and report any discrepancies to management.
   • Print vouchers for verification of clock-in times and submit them for management approval.
   • Manage and maintain mobile equipment and inventory securely.
5. Operational Flexibility:
   • Be prepared to move between branches and stores based on operational needs.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent listening and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Results-driven with a strong focus on sales targets.
• Good understanding of mobile and internet betting, including betting procedures and TUV (top-up voucher) distribution.
• Strong systems and sales knowledge.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales is advantageous.
