Job Purpose:
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for managing the complete product offering, from early-stage research and ideation through implementation and iteration based on key success metrics. The role involves building and implementing product strategies that align with the company vision and collaborating with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the product roadmap and execution for OneCart’s products in collaboration with cross-functional peers.
• Define creative, high-quality product roadmaps based on research, analysis, and data.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to execute product plans, managing trade-offs, staffing needs, risks, and communication.
• Lead the creation of business requirements and user stories for product specifications and architecture.
• Introduce new features to the market, working closely with strategic partners and internal teams.
• Incorporate feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to refine product strategy and expand market reach.
• Research market trends, determine product requirements, and establish long-term goals.
• Ensure timely and accurate product and feature launches.
• Actively participate in the product development lifecycle, prioritizing and balancing customer experience, performance, and operational support.
• Create buy-in for the product vision with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of reliability, quality, and usability throughout product development.
• Produce and review Product Requirements Documents (PRD) and communicate product features to cross-functional teams.
• Drive career development and consistently embody the company’s values.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce or SaaS environments.
• Proven experience in delivering technical products and understanding customer needs.
• Strong ability to guide internal and external partners and find creative solutions to product challenges.
• Proven success in building and executing a value-driven product engine.
• Ability to build compelling business cases for new opportunities and inspire teams to build better products.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, relationship-building, and people skills.
• Experience with Agile methodology, strategic planning, and industry trends.
• High-level knowledge of tech stack including Jira, Confluence, AWS, HTML, CSS, C#, Java, Python, and SQL.
