Job Description:
OneCart is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at the Basecamp department. The ideal candidate will manage design projects from conception to completion, ensuring brand consistency and creating high-quality visual content. You will collaborate with various departments, handle multiple projects, and contribute to the creative direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Company Brand Corporate Identity across all platforms.
• Enhance user friendliness of OneCart Brand assets.
• Maintain brand consistency and communicate with internal departments for promotional graphics.
• Create print and digital materials for company campaigns.
• Plan, manage, and provide timelines for design projects based on client needs.
• Deliver high-quality, original artwork and suggest creative alterations when necessary.
• Collaborate on the company’s creative direction and brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget constraints.
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
• Design email templates and social media artwork, and generate fresh concepts.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools.
• Manage how external partners use and implement the OneCart Brand.
• Work closely with Product, Tech teams, and internal business partners.
• Take ownership of career development and maintain a positive attitude.
• Follow any lawful instructions from your line manager and assist the Marketing team in achieving goals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience in social media and email marketing platforms.
• Animation and video experience essential.

Skills and Competencies:

• Creative thinking and an excellent eye for visual details.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong time management, multitasking, and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and a meticulous approach to design.
• Strong communication skills and command of English.
• Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to take creative direction.
