Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant for our Newcastle location. The Sales Consultant will play a key role in driving in-store sales and marketing efforts, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities to support sales processes.
• In-store Sales and Marketing:
  • Engage with customers and promote products to boost sales.
  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance in-store sales performance.
• Customer Satisfaction and Service:
  • Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Qualifications:
  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • Diploma/NQF Level 5 qualification.
• Skills:
  • Strong sales acumen and understanding of marketing principles.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Good administrative skills.
