Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team in the Free State region. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for a variety of key functions, including administration, in-store sales and marketing, and ensuring customer satisfaction and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration:
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support sales operations.
• In-store Sales and Marketing:
  • Engage with customers and promote products effectively.
  • Implement in-store marketing strategies to drive sales.
• Customer Satisfaction and Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Qualifications:
  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • Diploma/NQF Level 5 in a relevant field.
• Skills:
  • Strong sales acumen and a thorough understanding of marketing principles.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Strong administrative skills.
