Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Longbeach Mall. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail sales, particularly in the telecommunications sector, and possess strong administrative and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration: Efficiently manage store documentation, handle administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• In-Store Sales and Marketing: Drive sales through effective product promotion and in-store marketing strategies.
• Customer Satisfaction and Service: Deliver excellent customer service, manage inquiries, and resolve issues to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years in a Retail Sales Environment, ideally within the Telecommunications Industry.
• Education: Matric and Diploma/NQF Level 5.
• Skills:
  • Strong sales acumen with a good understanding of marketing principles.
  • Excellent customer service and administrative abilities.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
  • Computer literate, especially with MS Office Suite.
