Job Overview:

TWK Agri is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Creditors Clerk to join our Finance Division in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga. Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Accurately process incoming invoices, ensuring correct details and timely entry into the system.
• Filing: Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for all financial documents.
• Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy between accounts and payments.
• Supplier Interaction: Follow up with suppliers and branches to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Payment Processing: Handle the processing of payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and deadlines.
• General Office Duties: Support the finance team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Matric / Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accounting as subjects.
• Relevant experience in a finance-related role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in financial software and Excel.
• Honest, reliable, and able to handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to interact effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Deadline-oriented with a goal-driven mindset.
