TWK Agri, a leader in the financial services and insurance industry, is looking for a dynamic Admin Clerk to join our Medical Schemes division at our Mbombela, Mpumalanga location. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks related to insurance and medical schemes, including managing claims, addressing queries, and hospital authorizations.
  • Oversee personnel management within the Medical Schemes division.
  • Perform general administrative duties under TWK Insurance, focusing on medical schemes.
  • Provide exceptional client services and ensure accurate data capturing.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Matric / Grade 12 certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry (preferable).
  • Proficiency in computer literacy; advanced skills in Excel will be advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with good organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Energetic, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
