Job Description:
TWK Agri is actively seeking a highly motivated Salesman (Parts) to join our Trade Division in Kokstad, KwaZulu-Natal. This is a lucrative opportunity in the agriculture and automotive parts industry, where you’ll engage in high-value sales of hardware and tractor spares, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Optimization: Market and sell high-demand hardware and tractor parts both inside and outside the branch to maximize sales revenue.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and personalized service to enhance customer retention.
• Product Knowledge: Utilize in-depth knowledge of high-value parts to effectively upsell and cross-sell, increasing average transaction values.
• Administrative Efficiency: Perform general administrative tasks related to sales operations, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate record-keeping.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct daily visits to key customers, offering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs and drive repeat business.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Matric / Grade 12.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license required for offsite customer visits.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in hardware and tractor spares sales, with a proven track record of achieving high sales targets.
• Sales Expertise: Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation skills and a focus on closing high-value deals.
• Customer Service: Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service with the ability to resolve queries quickly and effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a diverse range of clients.
• Product Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of high-value agricultural and automotive parts, with the ability to provide expert recommendations to clients.
