Job Description:
As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, offering new insurance products, and meeting sales targets. You will use your sales skills to identify customer needs, propose suitable solutions, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role requires resilience, adaptability, and effective communication skills to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationships Development: Make outbound calls to existing clients to offer new products.
- Customer Needs Clarification: Conduct interviews to clarify customer requirements using a multi-level sales script.
- Sell Customer Propositions: Identify and propose products or services that meet customer needs.
- Operational Compliance: Adhere to company policies and regulatory codes during all sales activities.
- CRM Data Management: Enter information into the CRM system after each customer interaction.
- Performance Management: Prioritize workflow and use performance management tools to improve results.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential).
- Regulatory Exam 5: Advantageous.
- 120 FAIS Credits: Advantageous.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of telephonic sales experience (Essential).
- Experience in cold calling (Advantageous).
- Must be within DOFA date.
