Job Description:
Beekman Canopies is looking for a dedicated Quality Controller to ensure all products meet company standards before reaching the market. The role involves inspecting products, identifying defects, and working with production teams to maintain and improve quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspection and Testing
   • Inspect and test products at various production stages to ensure compliance with Beekman standards.
   • Complete internal audits and daily reports on quality issues.
   • Identify early signs of defects and trace the root cause.
2. Issue Resolution and Improvement
   • Resolve quality-related issues within set deadlines.
   • Collaborate with department managers to implement corrective actions for defects.
   • Recommend process improvements to maintain quality control standards.
3. Training and Guidance
   • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
   • Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and improvement areas.
4. Approval and Compliance
   • Approve products according to the required standard before moving them to the next department.
   • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations related to quality control.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12.
• Certification in Quality Control is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• In-depth understanding of company quality standards and industry regulations.
• Good communication skills to effectively convey quality issues to production teams.
• Comfortable standing or walking for long periods.
