Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relations: Address customer queries promptly and maintain strong client relationships.
• Credit Limits: Manage and request increases in credit limits for customer accounts.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 with a Credit Management qualification.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Business English.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate computer literacy and familiarity with financial software.
• License: Valid Code 10 motor vehicle license.
