Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, focusing on filing, scanning, and maintaining documentation.
  • Perform a variety of office duties and tasks related to HR operations, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently.

Data Management:

  • Maintain and update filing systems, records, and data to ensure all information is current and easily accessible.
  • Handle documentation meticulously, ensuring that all records are accurate and properly organized.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations and provide support where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Human Resources or related field.

  • Flexibility: Available to work 3 days per week.
