Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain operational reports to measure key performance indicators.
• Prepare exception-based reports and drive the implementation of business improvement initiatives.
• Validate and troubleshoot existing reports and data sets, ensuring accuracy in performance indicators.
• Analyze operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies to enhance key metrics.
• Design and present data visualizations, dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights to management and product teams.
• Generate regular operational performance reports and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of process changes through analysis and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Facilitate performance improvement across teams by identifying and addressing operational gaps through testing and process enhancements.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to define business requirements for operational reporting and performance improvement.
• Prioritize requirements and obtain stakeholder sign-off on specifications.
• Mine data for insights, test hypotheses, and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and drive improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, BCom Supply Chain/Logistics, Computer Science, or related field, with 3+ years of experience in a Data or Engineering role within a fast-paced, product-led organization.
• OR a relevant Higher Certificate with 6 years of experience in a Data or Engineering role within a similar environment.
• Strong expertise in SQL (Google BigQuery preferred), Dashboarding (Google Data/Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau), and Python.
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, Docs & Slides.
• Experience with large datasets, digital platform optimization, and automation is a plus.
• Retail, e-commerce, or supply chain industry experience is advantageous.
