Salary: R183,279 per annum (Level 04)

Requirements:

• Education: Matric/Senior Certificate.
• Experience: Three years of relevant experience required.
• Competencies:
  • Computer literacy.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including public holidays.
  • Strong communication, numerical, organizational, and supervisory skills.

Duties:

• Supervise housekeeping, cleaning, safeguarding, and maintenance services.
• Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, hygiene, and safety of all allocated areas.
• Monitor and ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and effectively used.
• Keep records of stock levels and equipment used for cleaning.
• Manage the ordering, receiving, storage, stock control, and stock taking.
• Perform administrative duties related to housekeeping and cleaning services.
• Identify and monitor hazards in buildings and offices, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Supervise and allocate tasks to staff, develop duty rosters, and conduct performance reviews.
• Inspire and motivate staff performance, and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.
