Food Service Aid Supervisor

Job Title: Food Service Aid Supervisor (Ref No: NCDOH 134/2024)

Salary: R183,279 per annum (Level 04)
Centre: Kakamas Hospital

Requirements:

• Education: Matric/Senior Certificate.
• Experience: Three years of food service experience is an added advantage.
• Competencies:
  • Computer literacy.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including public holidays.
  • Strong communication, numerical, organizational, and supervisory skills.

Duties:

• Supervise all activities in the food service, including food preparation, distribution, and serving.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order and is used effectively.
• Manage the replacement or repair of faulty or outdated equipment.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, storage, stock control, and stock taking.
• Complete monthly statistics and perform administrative functions related to food services.
