Key Responsibilities:

• Policy Management: Handle GWK Group Policy and ensure all aspects are managed effectively.
• Claims Coordination: Coordinate claims processing, including preparation and correspondence with business heads.
• Strategic Management: Contribute to managing strategic objectives within the insurance division.
• Customer Service: Manage customer service and relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Product Marketing: Actively market insurance products to meet business objectives.
• Risk Management: Assess and manage risks associated with insurance policies.
• Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks to support the insurance operations.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: FSCA recognized degree or relevant NQF qualification.
• Professional Certification: RE 1 is advantageous, and RE 5 is required.
• Experience: Experience in Group Insurance is highly recommended.
• Skills:
  • Marketing: Strong marketing orientation to promote insurance products effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in managing policies and claims.
  • Administration: Strong administrative skills for efficient policy management.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills to manage client relationships.
