Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation:
  • Achieve strategic growth goals through proactive sales generation.
• Customer Care:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with company standards.
• Branch Operations:
  • Adhere to all branch procedures and maximize sales through leadership.
  • Maintain general housekeeping standards within the branch.
• Product Knowledge:
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and self-development.
  • Keep stock losses to a minimum and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Company Representation:
  • Promote a positive company image through high-quality customer interactions.

Desired Experience and Qualification:

• Education:
  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12) required.
• Experience:
  • 2-3 years in a sales or senior sales position within a technical company.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license with own vehicle.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary:
  • Market-related and negotiable, with added benefits (including a Provident fund) depending on experience.
