Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation:
  • Drive sales to meet strategic growth goals.
  • Maximize sales through leadership and initiative.
• Customer Care:
  • Provide exceptional service in line with company standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Branch Procedures:
  • Follow all instructions and procedures as per branch standards.
• Housekeeping:
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Product Knowledge:
  • Continuously improve knowledge of products offered within the branch.
  • Keep stock losses to a minimum by understanding inventory and product details.
• Personal Development:
  • Engage in continuous personal improvement to contribute effectively to the team and company.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Education:
  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12) required.
• Experience:
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in a sales or senior sales position within a technical company is preferred.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license with own vehicle.
  • Strong work ethic, practical problem-solving abilities, and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to work well within a team and provide high-quality customer service.
