In this role, you’ll provide personalized shopping experiences, assist customers with their queries, and ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Provide expert advice and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Order Preparation: Accurately select, scan, and pack orders, following all customer instructions to ensure their complete satisfaction.
• Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints promptly and efficiently, offering suitable alternatives for unavailable or discontinued products.
• Product Management: Keep track of product offerings and availability, and report any issues, such as supply shortages, to management immediately.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other store departments to ensure smooth service delivery and a seamless shopping experience.
• Proactive Contribution: Manage your own priorities effectively while assisting team members and supervisors, always aligning with the company’s values.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Matric certificate is required.
• Location: Must be based in Middelburg or nearby areas.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential, with strong communication skills.
• Typing Ability: Must be able to type in full sentences and communicate clearly in written form.
