As a personal shopper, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their shopping journey, preparing their orders, and addressing any inquiries they may have, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance: Provide professional advice and personalized guidance to help customers make informed purchases, ensuring their needs are met with top-notch service.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately prepare, select, scan, and pack orders, ensuring all customer instructions are followed precisely.
• Complaint Resolution: Respond quickly to customer complaints and requests, offering suitable alternatives for unavailable products to maintain satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product availability and offerings, reporting any issues such as supply shortages or inferior products to management immediately.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with store departments to ensure efficient service delivery and a smooth shopping experience.
• Proactive Support: Manage your own priorities effectively while assisting team members and supervisors as needed, always adhering to company values.

Job Requirements:

• Age Requirement: 18 – 37 years old.
• Educational Qualification: A Matric certificate is mandatory.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Required Documentation: Submit your CV, a recently certified copy of your Matric/Qualification Certificate, ID, proof of banking details (not older than 3 months), and proof of tax registration (SARS letter).
