  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately prepare and fulfill customer orders, ensuring all items are selected, scanned, and packed correctly.
  • Complaint Management: Promptly address and resolve customer complaints, offering suitable alternatives for unavailable products when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product offerings and availability to ensure customers receive up-to-date information.
  • Operational Support: Assist with order collection, packaging, loading, and payment processes as required.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with store departments to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain a positive shopping environment.
  • Prioritization & Initiative: Effectively manage your priorities to meet all deliverables, taking the initiative to solve problems and enhance service.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Matric certificate is required.
  • Location: Must be based in or near Cape Town.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate clearly and type in full sentences.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
