As a professional shopper, you’ll offer personalized product advice, manage order preparation, and handle customer inquiries, ensuring each interaction exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Guidance & Service: Assist customers in making informed purchases by providing expert advice, guidance, and exceptional service.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately fulfill and prepare customer orders, ensuring prompt payment and collection processes.
• Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and requests swiftly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Product Management: Advise customers on alternatives for unavailable or discontinued items, ensuring continuous service excellence.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Report any customer issues, supply shortages, or product concerns to management immediately. Collaborate with store departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Order Accuracy: Ensure that all orders are selected, scanned, and packed correctly, following any special customer instructions.
• Teamwork & Company Values: Work closely with your team to achieve common goals, consistently embodying and promoting OneCart’s values.

Required Qualifications:

• Age Requirement: 18 – 37 years old.
• Education: Must have a Matric certificate.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English communication is essential.
• Documentation: Please submit your CV, a recently certified copy of your Matric/Qualification Certificate, ID, proof of banking details (not older than 3 months), and proof of tax (SARS letter).
