Duties:
- Infrastructure Programme and Project Planning:
- Develop Procurement Strategy, Infrastructure Programme Management Plan (IPMP), and update the plan
- Prepare the infrastructure budget and Final Project List
- Prepare Packages/Individual Project Briefs and present them to the Implementing Agent (IA)
- Manage the preparation of Project Briefs for projects not allocated to an IA
