– Grade 12
**Experience:**
– 3-5 years of experience in stock control and supervising a team
– Technical background is advantageous
**Knowledge / Abilities:**
– In-depth knowledge of the company, its divisions, associates, people, products, terms and conditions, and services
– Proficient in handling cash and performing cash ups
– Skilled in general administration
– Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
– Professional composure in handling conflict and stressful situations
– Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service through proactive and appropriate solutions
**Skills:**
– **Computer literacy:** Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
– **Detail-oriented:** Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate stock control
– **Strong written and interpersonal communication:** Excellent communication skills for effective team management and customer interactions
– **Cleanliness:** Maintain a clean and organized work environment
– **Creative:** Ability to think outside the box and implement innovative solutions

– Handle cash transactions and perform regular cash ups

– Deliver outstanding customer service by anticipating needs and providing effective solutions
– Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store
