Purpose of the Job

Oversee the entire Key Warehouse division to ensure that set operational and financial targets are met. Supervisor the key warehouses.

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare efficient planning and ensure compliance with all business requirements
• Manage all workflow for planning and maintaining control
• Assist all planning, apply improvements in all existing routes and ensure optimal levels are achieved at all times
• Facilitate data to prepare planning all routes and implement all new rules and processes for all planning routes
• Manage all orders, deliveries, redeliveries and special requests for external clients and prepare reports to be presented to management
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to perform various strategies and coordinate with the Hub to monitor the supply chain and resolve any issues
• Oversee reports for all planning activity, analyse results to recommend improvements in performance and collaborate with route controllers to adjust required strategies
• Evaluate and prepare all policy changes and recommend appropriate business requirements
• Maintain optimal level of performance within required planning and ensure compliance with all standard projects
• Train all subordinates in the planning team with the various system
• Process requirements and analyse all workings of the planning team

 Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)

Skills Required

• Able to complete forms related to own working area
• Complete administrative procedures with necessary directions and systems at disposal
• Make basic inferences from customer usage patterns
• Able to complete basic procedures during dispatch under direct supervision
• Able to do basic calculations to ensure the correctness of the distribution process
• Able to apply basic Health and Safety procedures relevant to own work functions under direct supervision
• Able to identify hazards and handle them with direct instructions/guidance in place
• Able to execute tasks related to logistics under general supervision
