The Community Relationship Manager role in Cape Town offers a dynamic opportunity for a strategic and results-driven professional to build and maintain strong community and customer relationships while supporting the growth and retention of Fidelity’s client base.
Position Overview
The Community Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective community and customer relationships, driving local growth strategies, and maximizing sales and profitability within their area of responsibility. This role focuses on attrition management, customer satisfaction, and market expansion, while ensuring visibility of the Fidelity brand in the community.
The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic skills, along with the ability to proactively identify business opportunities and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
Education and Training

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Work Experience
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer management

Proven track record in developing and managing customer relationships

Experience in the consumer goods or security industry is advantageous

Promote and sell community security solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction

Collaborate with Branch Managers to reduce attrition in assigned communities

Monitor and analyze market trends, crime statistics, and competitor activity to identify opportunities

Attend community events, SAPS meetings, and CPFs, ensuring Fidelity’s brand visibility

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key customers

Maintain strong relationships with schemes, community watches, and forums

Provide insights into product development and marketing strategies based on community feedback

Track sales performance and community engagement metrics
