Role Overview
The Salesman Driver is responsible for managing bakery product deliveries and building strong customer relationships while meeting sales targets. The role requires efficient distribution of products, collection of payments, maintaining bakery sales assets, and growing trade relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver bakery products on time and in full according to customer requirements.

Collect payments and manage bakery sales assets responsibly.

Build, manage, and maintain strong customer trade relationships.

Drive bakery sales growth by influencing and persuading customers.

Handle complaints professionally and provide effective resolutions.

Present and communicate information confidently at all levels.

Work in different business areas when required.

Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 qualification.

A valid Driver’s License Code 10/C1 with PDP (held for at least 3 years or more).

1–3 years’ experience in a sales or retail environment (FMCG experience advantageous).
