Role Overview
The Inventory Manager will oversee all inventory operations at the Imonti Distribution Centre (DC). The incumbent will ensure accurate stock management, optimal warehouse capacity, and efficient replenishment processes. This is a key leadership role ideal for someone with FMCG inventory management experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Align system stock with physical stock and maintain accurate records.

Conduct periodic cycle counts and full stock counts within designated timeframes.

Analyse stock movements and trends to ensure optimal replenishment.

Ensure pick face replenishment and monitor continuous pick face let-downs.

Minimise stock write-offs and manage aging stock efficiently.

Monitor short-dated stock and ensure appropriate action is taken.

Manage warehouse capacity and confirm empty bins status.

Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs and company policies.

Lead, coach, and develop inventory and warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
-
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in warehousing, distribution, or inventory management.

Proven managerial experience in FMCG inventory operations.

Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Bomm system knowledge advantageous.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Relevant Supply Chain diploma or degree preferred.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
