The East London production facility is seeking a skilled Operator Slicing to ensure the smooth and continuous running of the production line in line with set Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
This role is ideal for candidates who are team-oriented, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Role Overview
The Operator Slicing will be responsible for operating slicing equipment safely and efficiently while supporting production output. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness, following SOPs, attending invocoms, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Operate slicing equipment according to production requirements.

Ensure capacity utilisation and continuous running of the production line.

Maintain safe working practices and comply with safety protocols.

Uphold housekeeping standards on the production floor.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.

Attend invocoms and participate in team meetings.

Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Support team members to maintain smooth production workflow.
Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.

Prior production experience advantageous.
