BRB is a leading South African food manufacturer committed to delivering high-quality bakery products. The East London production facility is seeking a dedicated Operator Dough Mixer to ensure the continuous running of the production line according to set Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Role Overview
The Operator Dough Mixer is responsible for operating dough mixing equipment efficiently, maintaining safe working practices, and supporting production line output. The role also involves adhering to SOPs, maintaining cleanliness, and attending invocoms to ensure production targets are met.
Key Responsibilities

Operate dough mixing equipment in line with production requirements.

Ensure capacity utilisation and continuous running of the production line.

Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety protocols.

Uphold housekeeping standards on the production floor.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) precisely.

Attend and participate in invocoms or team meetings.

Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Support team members to ensure smooth production workflow.
Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.

1–2 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Basic equipment knowledge relevant to dough mixing operations.
