The Cape Town office is seeking a highly organized Supervisor/Assistant Contract Manager – Logistics to manage contracts and oversee logistics operations efficiently.
This role is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and have experience in contract management and logistics.
Role Overview
The Supervisor/Logistics will support contract management and coordinate all logistics activities. You will work closely with the Contract Manager and Logistics Manager to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, smooth transportation operations, and effective vendor management.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.

Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.

Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

Maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers and vendors.

Analyze operational data and prepare reports on contract and logistics performance.

Identify cost-saving measures and implement process improvements.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Contract and Logistics Managers as required.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and service delivery standards.
Minimum Requirements

2+ years’ experience in contract management, logistics, or related operations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
