Role Overview
The Logistics Executive/Supervisor will oversee all logistical operations, with a primary focus on the efficient transportation of personnel. You will work closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure that transport schedules are optimized, operations run smoothly, and service levels meet organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and optimize transportation routes for personnel pick-ups and drop-offs.

Supervise daily logistics operations and monitor efficiency.

Work closely with the Logistics Manager to develop strategies for operational improvements.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and best practices in transport operations.

Provide timely reports on logistics performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to support operational success.

Identify and resolve logistical challenges proactively, ensuring smooth operations.
Minimum Requirements

Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in personnel transport management.

Strong understanding of transportation systems, policies, and safety regulations.

Proficiency in logistics software and operational systems.
