The Durban office is seeking a proactive Contract Manager – Healthcare to implement, manage, and monitor cleaning solutions in line with client Service Level Agreements (SLA).
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in facilities management, operational oversight, and client-focused service delivery.
Role Overview
The Contract Manager – Healthcare will be responsible for driving cleaning and hygiene services, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and implementing robust HSE, Quality, and Risk Management systems. You will monitor daily operations, manage staff performance, and provide strategic solutions to improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage cleaning solutions according to client SLA requirements.

Conduct daily audits and ensure adherence to quality and service standards.

Assist in project management and provide technical support when required.

Identify service gaps, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop innovative, cost-effective methods based on industry best practices.

Provide monthly reports and feedback on SLA compliance.

Build and maintain strategic relationships internally and externally.

Manage employee performance, provide coaching, feedback, and resolve conflicts in line with company policies.

Prepare shift schedules, manage leave requests, and ensure proper staff placement.

Lead staff training, mentoring, and development initiatives.

Evaluate cleaner work schedules and oversee operational performance.
Minimum Requirements

NQF Level 6 Diploma in Property Management, Project Management, Operations Management, or related qualification

Matric / Senior Certificate
-
Valid South African Driver’s License
-
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management, and Financial Management

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and PRP
-
Knowledge of OHS Act and ISO 9001 Quality Management standards
