In today’s fast-paced corporate environment, the ability to streamline processes and maximize resource utilization is critical. This role offers an exciting challenge: to support and enhance IT project delivery across the entire organization by leveraging core industrial engineering principles. You will be instrumental in improving delivery performance, strengthening governance, and ensuring that every IT project is executed with precision and strategic foresight. Your work will directly translate into tangible improvements in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall organizational success, making you a key player in Senwes’s strategic growth.

This involves coordinating cross-functional teams, meticulously monitoring project timelines and deliverables, and providing project managers with essential documentation, reports, and real-time dashboards to ensure every project aligns with the company’s overarching business goals.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: A core function of this role is to analyze and optimize existing IT project workflows. You will use proven industrial engineering techniques like Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to identify inefficiencies. Your work will involve developing and standardizing frameworks and process documentation to improve consistency in project delivery, ultimately recommending and implementing solutions for process automation and system improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
  • Data Analysis & Strategic Reporting: You will be the go-to expert for project performance data. This includes collecting, analyzing, and interpreting key data points related to project timelines, costs, resource allocation, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). You will design and maintain interactive, real-time dashboards for internal stakeholders, providing crucial insights through scenario modeling, forecasting, and detailed cost-benefit analysis. This strategic reporting will be vital for making informed decisions.
  • Resource & Capacity Planning: Efficiency is built on proper resource allocation. You will evaluate workforce and infrastructure capacity to ensure optimal resource distribution across all IT projects. You will also assist with demand forecasting, ensuring that resources are available to meet the demands of the organization’s project pipeline and long-term strategic objectives.
