The role of Supply Chain Manager at Tsebo Cleaning and Hygiene Solutions represents an exciting opportunity to lead logistics, warehousing, and distribution strategies that directly impact service delivery and client satisfaction.
Role Overview
The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the entire supply chain function across South Africa, taking full ownership of inbound and outbound logistics, national warehouse operations, and fleet management. The role requires a results-driven leader with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), inventory management, materials requirement planning (MRP), and cost optimization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that stock control, fleet operations, and warehouse layouts are managed effectively to meet client demands. By streamlining processes and implementing innovative solutions, the Supply Chain Manager will reduce costs, improve delivery timelines, and ensure exceptional quality and compliance standards.
This is a senior-level leadership position requiring a professional with excellent analytical skills, proven supply chain management experience, and the ability to lead multi-regional teams in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee national inbound and outbound logistics operations to support service delivery across all regions.

Manage warehouse processes, ensuring optimal layout, utilization, and product quality control.

Implement and maintain MRP strategies using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) across multiple locations.

Lead and mentor regional warehouse managers, logistics teams, and administrative staff.

Conduct monthly stock counts, inspections, and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Continuously enhance warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and safety.

Develop and implement fleet management strategies that reduce costs while ensuring timely, reliable deliveries.

Monitor and report on supply chain performance using D365 reporting tools and advanced data analysis.

Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for automation, process improvement, and digital transformation in logistics and warehousing.

Build strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
