EUM, a key division within TWK Agri, is focused on delivering effective and efficient insurance solutions. The division is now looking for a Clerk (Claims) to join its team in Krugersdorp, Gauteng. Role Overview
The Clerk (Claims) will play an essential role in supporting the claims administration process. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage clerical responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency. From preparing and issuing insurance claims to maintaining databases and generating reports, this role ensures smooth processing and communication throughout the claims lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks to support the claims process.
- Preparing, issuing, and dispatching insurance claims with precision and timeliness.
- Coordinating and arranging payments on insurance claims.
- Capturing, recording, and updating customer claim information on internal systems.
- Managing and updating filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
- Compiling and preparing detailed claim reports for management.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the claims process.
- Delivering excellent customer service by maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential).
- At least 3 years of work experience in the short-term insurance industry.
- RE5 certificate (advantageous, but not mandatory).
- Strong computer literacy with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A deadline-driven mindset with solid organisational and planning skills.
- High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
