Role Overview
TWK Agri, through its EUM division, has an exciting opportunity available for an Administrative Assistant in Centurion, Gauteng. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable individual who thrives in a professional office environment. The Administrative Assistant will be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting both internal teams and external clients. The successful candidate must demonstrate professionalism, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage accurate and organised filing systems.
- Draft, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and official documentation.
- Monitor office resources and ensure availability of stationery, forms, and other supplies.
- Respond to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, service providers, and clients.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, prioritise workload, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Capture and update client and policy data accurately in relevant systems.
- Compile, prepare, and submit training and audit reports when required.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with POPIA and internal company policies.
- Provide dedicated administrative support to underwriters, brokers, and cross-functional departments.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and event planning support.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint essential).
- Strong reliability, accountability, and adaptability.
- Trustworthy and professional with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.
- A valid driver’s licence and passport are essential.
