ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Fuel Attendant to join our VKB Fuels team in Reitz. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to customers’ fuel and lubricant requirements, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate sales and cash handling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend to customers with regards to fuel and lubricant requirements.
Balance fuel sales at the end of each shift.
Identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Ensure customers receive the correct fuel type as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Grade 12 (Matric) / NQF 4 equivalent.
Strong numeracy skills.
Previous experience in a fuel station or cash-handling role is advantageous.
Clean criminal record.
