ABOUT THE ROLE

The VKB Group, a leading South African agribusiness, is recruiting an Admin Training Officer to be based at the NTK Retail Head Office in Modimolle.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and training branch administrative staff to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across VKB’s retail division. You will act as both a trainer and auditor, helping branches maintain correct processes while minimising risk and supporting excellent customer service delivery.
