Adendorff Machinery Mart is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Stock Administrator to join our Aeroton branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a young, hardworking individual with a valid driver’s license and their own vehicle, ready to start a career in a fast-paced retail environment specialising in machinery and tools.
Position Overview
This role begins as part of a traveling stock audit team, visiting multiple branches to ensure accurate stock control. The position offers hands-on learning and growth opportunities into various operational areas of the business, including sales, warehousing, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly stock audits at various company branches
- Investigate variances and ensure accurate stock counts
- Assist with sales, warehousing, and other departments when required
- Maintain strong knowledge of stock codes and part numbers in line with company standards
- Continuously improve product knowledge and skills
- Commit to ongoing self-development
Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate (Mathematics advantageous)
- Valid Code B Driver’s License
- Own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Willingness to travel extensively to outlying branches
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
